  • Secured connection for LLP Listener

    Hi everybody !

Is there some way in Mirth to make a secured connection using the LLP Listener (I mean LLP over SSL or TLS, because this connection is made over the internet, so ...)
My vendor needs this type of connection ...
    Is it possible ?
    Does someone try this ?
Is there an example that i can follow ?
    Please help

I really think that it could be very useful for many of us.

    Thanks for the reply.

    (Using Mirth 1.6.1 build 2750 / OS : WinXP)

The best way to do this is with a VPN connection. If you or your vendor does not have a VPN server, then you can configure your Windows XP workstation to allow inbound VPN with these instructions:

Not in the open source version. This capability is built in for all connectors on the Mirth Appliances.

Another option is using SSH Tunels to secure connections, But in this case, you need to manage this tunnels too.

BTW, Brendanh, Which option do you use in the Appliances ? SSL/VPN ?
