if you are having problem with file sizes....

I am using mirth with Ubuntu, jre 1.6 update 2, and MYSQL. I was having many problems with delivering channels and configuration files that exceeded 64k. I come to find that mySQL default text defaults to 64k, not 4G like postgres and some other database. if you change the "DATA" field on the configuration table for mirthdb to use Longtext instead of text, this issue should resolve.

These problems might relate to other fields as well since a great deal of them are text.

    Hope this helps someone.

    Thanks.
