Javascrip, change outgoing xml template

Hi all, can I change outgoing xml template with a javascript transformer?
I tried to use dom java class but mirth tell me that the class or the method is not defined or that cannot find him!!Please tell me if this trasformation is possible and if is possible how do it!!
