  • Hanging on 'Saving User'

I just got Mirth installed and somewhat running on Linux Mint. I followed the Ubuntu instructions with pretty good success. I have a couple of issues:
    1. When the administrator is launched, I get quite a few certificate errors. Any way around this?
    2. When I log in for the first time, the 'customize user account information' screen pops up. When I change the admin password and click finish, it hangs at 'Saving User'. I thought this may be due to derby, so I ended up changing to a pgsql back end. It did the same thing though. Even after an OS reboot, it does the same thing.

    Thoughts?

    Same problem

We're trying to install under Fedora. Everything goes as expected until the request to change the password, etc., and then it hangs. Any suggestions?

        solved.

Thanks a lot. I solved the issue by replacing openjdk java by oracle distribution...

Annoying to have to do that, but it works. Note that this is probably the easiest installation method on Ubuntu:

Second note: this is needed on the client machine but apparently not the server.
