Use Strict LLP Validation: No
Wait for End of Message Char: Yes

Just so everyone knows, you should not have "Keep Connection Open" set to "yes". I have reviewed the Mirth code, and "Keep Connection Open" will be removed in the next version. This option does not do what people think it does and instead it can cause problems. In order to keep the connection open, simply raise the timeout or set it to 0 (infinite).
If a connection does time out or error, and you have keep connection open set to yes, there is a chance your channel will stop receiving messages.
