    Hi,
    I've made a channel that reads a folder (eg. e:\dicom\) searching dicom files in order to send them to a PACS, but after a few minutes a lot of images returns an error like this;

    But if I catch the channel response it says that the image has been sended correctly

    So I've got two problems;
    1.- how can I catch the real response from the server?
    2.- Since this errors occurs ramdonly I think it could be some kind of performance trouble. Does anyone Know what could it be?

    Can anyone help me please?

    Thank you very much.

    Solution!

    Finally I found the solution!
    it seems to be a version problem, I just uninstalled version 2.0.1 and install version 2.0.0.5127 and all works fine again!

    This issue drove me crazy nearly for a week, now I can breathe again

      Ohh no! it doesn't work either!

      The problem is the same but with this version there's no error log, in the dicom service i found this

      CSTORE: SCP could not properly handle compressed input image
      CDicomImage:ecompressJPEGLossless() failed

      but it's strange because this not happens for all the images,

      I'm desperate

      Any idea?

      Thank you

        Status A700H

        I am having a similar problem--Sometimes when Mirth is receiving DICOM, I get this error:

        ERROR (Server:146): ERROR: Received RSP with Status A700H for /opt/mirth/2.1.1/temp/temp131926210519278571tmp, cuid=1.2.840.10008.5.1.4.1.1.2, tsuid=1.2.840.10008.1.2

        which is DICOM for "cannot create file." There is plenty of space, but the file creation is failing.

          DICOM Sender, catch response / catch error

          Hi,

          I am having the same issue. I use a DICOM sender and it will allways return "SENT: DICOM message successfully sent" even though I got below in the server log:

          ERROR (Server:146): ERROR: Received RSP with Status C000H for C:\Program Files\Mirth Connect\appdata\temp\temp6925018453480930013tmp, cuid=1.2.840.10008.5.1.4.1.1.77.1.5.1, tsuid=1.2.840.10008.1.2.1

          Is it possible to catch the response / catch the error somehow?

          I use Mirth Connect 3.0.2.7140.

            I am also having problems with this:

            I see "SENT: DICOM message successfully sent" even though I get errors in mirth.log and confirmation that images have not been saved in PACS.

            It does not seem possible to trap a response in the response transformer

              My solution was to modify the dcm4che package with a getResponse method. I can upload it if you want it.

                That would be helpful thank you. It is a shame that the provision for this is lacking.

                      You need to replace the attached file with the one in mirth library. Then you can have a sendDicom function in a javascript writer and call the custom getResponse on the dcmSnd.

                      You should be vary of using unknown files I guess..

                      PHP Code:
                      function sendDicomObject(dicomFile) {
                          try {
                              var
                      dcmSnd = new Packages.org.dcm4che2.tool.dcmsnd.DcmSnd();

                      dcmSnd.setRemoteHost(????);

                      dcmSnd.setRemotePort(????);

                      dcmSnd.setCalledAET(????);

                      dcmSnd.setCalling(????);

                      dcmSnd.setAcceptTimeout(????);

                      dcmSnd.setDimseRspTimeout(????);

                      dcmSnd.setPriority(????);

                      dcmSnd.setOfferDefaultTransferSyntaxInSeparatePresentationContext(false);

                      dcmSnd.setLocalHost(????);

                      dcmSnd.addFile(dicomFile);

                      dcmSnd.configureTransferCapability();

                      dcmSnd.open();

                      dcmSnd.send();

                              var
                      resp dcmSnd.getResponse();
