We've been using mirth as an listener interface to get data into our own database and after 3 weeks of testing, one problem we notice was mirth internal message log has gotten very big (the mirth.data file in the /database folder has grown to over 1 gigabyte in size) and it take quite a while to log into the mirth adminstrator (possibly from loading the mirth.data file). Is there a way to disable the internal logging of messages by mirth or limit the size of the file it can grow?

Re: Disable the internal message logging by mirth?
Yes, we have been working on this for a while. I have added it as an issue in our tracker:
So that you can keep track of our progress. I'm very interested in hearing how Mirth has performed in the three weeks of testing (other than the database size!).

Re: Disable the internal message logging by mirth?
Thanks Chris, Mirth was working very well for us during the 3 weeks and so far there had been no problems for last 2 weeks after we had to restart mirth to clear the database log. We'll wait and for a future version of mirth that can solve this problem. For now we are using regular maintanance to clear the message log to keep the file size small.
