    The following is displayed when I execute the Mirth.sh script:

    The environment is RedHat Fedora Core 4. Java is 1.4.2. Any help?

    Hi,

    You need Java 1.5 to run Mirth.

    Let me know if that helps,

      Upgraded entire system to Redhat Fedora Core 5. Still throws error:
      (and pardon my ignorance.... I am not a java literate person!)

        Ignore previous. Redhat upgrade did not upgrade java. Still at 1.4.2

          Sheepishly he announces to the world that java 1.5.0_09 is on the box but a bad path to the java executable is, errr I mean was the issue.
