Mirth 1.3 - File Open dialog is unable to select directory

Mirth v1.3, JRE 1.5 Update 9, Windows 2000 Server SP4 w/ current updates

When trying to import channel, the File Open dialog does not respond to double-clicks to browse to directory folders.

Workaround is to copy-paste / enter the folder path and hit open, and then select the file to import.

Can you add this to the JIRA? I can't reproduce locally on my XP or OS X box, but it might be a 2k Server issue.
