  • MIrth sending NAK to sender

We have a channel that has just started sending NAKs to the sender. The sender is an egate interface engine sending ORU messages to us. Our channel takes the raw message, looks at OBR 25 if a condition is true it does some transformations and sends them to a channel writer.

What I would like to know is why or how to find the NAK being sent. I am attaching the channel.

    Re:MIrth sending NAK to sender

Post the NAK message and also the error on the eGate side.

When we had the NAK problem, the Mirth log showed

    ERROR-408: MLLP Connector error
ERROR MESSAGE: NACK sent from receiver: [Application Reject]
and the host error log showed,
ERR|FT1:20 Rendering provider is not attending for practice.xyz
When this application related problem was fixed the ACKs worked fine.

    Hope this helps!
