  • Command line shell on a Pico?

How do I start a command line shell to a Pico? I need to get into the folders directory to delete files. There are too many to use the GUI.

I believe if you start the shell service in the control panel, you can then ssh to the box with the account you set up for that service, which will give you the controls that you need.

For future inquiries, if you are on official support, you should contact the help desk (the number should have been provided with the documentation that came with your appliance). You will get a quicker response if you go through that route.
