I think it's a known issue for SQL Server:

    http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;EN-US;196271

It seems by default the number of connections is limited

    sql server db connection problem

I'm using Mirth 1.7.1.3422, i'm taking incoming HL7 messages and writing them to a SQL Server. It is working fine with just a few messages but when the sending system gets backup from a nightly it will have between 100 and 500 messages to send over to mirth. Thats when I'm gettin the following error. Can someone give me some ideas on how to get around this.

    ERROR-406: JDBC Connector error
