  • Removing Messages: Are deletes committed after each statement, or after the session?

We are running a delete (removed messages in the administrator) on a large number of messages in one of our channels, which is taking a long time to complete (more than a day so far). We are running Mirth Connect 3.4.2 with a SQL Server back end, and I wanted to see if anyone knew:

Are these deletes committed after each statement, or after all of the delete statements in the session are completed?

We don't want to kill the process on the back end if SQL Server is going to rollback all of the delete transactions that have occurred in the session.

Here is an example of one of the transactions that we see:

    Code:
    (@P0 bigint)DELETE FROM D_M13
    		WHERE ID = @P0
I don't see a commit in any of the statements, so I assume that it is committed once the session completes.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,
    martinan
