  • Undefined result set... possible to create empty?

    Hi,

My Javascript source channel sometimes does not query the database (because of scheduling checks we've added).

In those cases, we just "return" from the source channel script.

    However, this results in:

"14:43:48,234 ERROR [JdbcMessageReceiver] Got a result of: [email protected]"

...each time the channel is run outside the schedule (because we just return).

Is there a way to return an empty result set to avoid this error?

    Thanks.

    Try returning an empty List...

That should should work. Please post the code you used to return an empty list and also the error you got.

          jacobb,

I return the empty list like "return []"

          and gets:

ERROR [JdbcMessageReceiver] Got a result of: org.mozilla.javascript.NativeArray

You need to return an empty List, not an empty JavaScript array. Instantiating Packages.java.util.ArrayList and returning an empty one should work.
