  • Capture the ACK response

I have an MLLP connection that sends me back an ACK response from my partner. I would like to capture the response and then save it to either a file or to another channel. What's the best way to do this?

If you're not queuing the message, you can just use a subsequent File Writer destination in the same channel.

If you are queuing the message, use the Response Transformer to either write the response manually (using FileUtil for example) or route the response to another channel with router.route. Additional information on that stuff is in the User Guide and in the User API documentation.

Always include what Mirth Connect version you're working with. Also include (if applicable) the code you're using and full stacktraces for errors (use CODE tags). Posting your entire channel is helpful as well; make sure to scrub any PHI/passwords first.

    - How do I foo?
    - You just bar.
