Did the recieving system send you an ACK? If so, can the receiving system send you a copy of the ACK that they sent?

Try configuring a different port on the sender and receiver.
          Configure regenerate template to yes.
          Reprocess the message.

                    Hi,

I have tried several times to connect to the IP Address and Port number provided by my client but somehow every time i try to do that i am facing issue. the issue i am facing is attached as screen shot link below.

As i was facing connectivity issue i also tried using Telnet.but in Telnet when i tried using the IP Address and the Port No provided by client the screen was displayed as blank and it stood for some time as blank and then it closed automatically.

Furthermore, i tried to use Interfaceware HL7 Simulator but still i was not able to connect and i was displayed the connection timeout message. the screen shot for this is attached in the link below.

As i have already discussed with you regarding the problem i just want to know that can you tell me that this issue is from my side or from my client's side and also i want to know that how can i diagnose this issue.

Is there any kind of application or any way that i can use to resolve my this problem and also i can know from where this problem is occurring.

Please see the attached screen shots link which shows that when i try to send the message an error is occurring. Also, the screen shot for the Interfaceware HL7 Simulator is attached.

Did you try a different port. You can use wireshark to troubleshoot network issues.

                        Hi sir,

Actually to try communication on different port i have to give them reason why i want to do so that's why i can not try using different port because i don't have specific reason.

The specific reason is you believe there may be a port conflict and would like to rule this out.

                            HI sir,

Today i talked with my client IT Team and told them about changing port no, so they told me that they will discuss with the team and let me know.

Today i talked with my client IT Team and came to know they are using Linux Server and they told that there is no firewall restriction on Linux server.
