  • Filter Based on ChannelMap Value from Destination?

    I have a single channel with two destinations (Database Writer, and File Writer in that order). What I am trying to do is set a value in the Database Writer which I can check in the File Writer filter to determine if I should filter or not. The idea I'm trying to get to is that the File Writer is an exception log of messages which the Database Writer could not handle (for various reasons). So, in my Database Writer JavaScript I do the following:
    channelMap.put('succcess', true);
    channelMap.put('success', false);
    //In the filter associated with the File Writer I check this value:
    return !chanelMap.get('success');
    This, however, this is not working and the message is ALWAYS processed by the File Writer.
