  • Please explain the MAP DEFINITION

Kindly explain the use of Map Definition. It has 4 entries there (Connector, Channel, Global, and Reponse).

What are the meaning of these selection? How are they used?

    Re:Please explain the MAP DEFINITION

Connector Map: Variables added are only available to filter & transformer steps on the connector.

Channel Map: Variables added are available throughout the channel (filters & transformers of source and all destinations, pre/post-scripts).

Global Map: Variables added are available throughout the system to any channel and to the global scripts (deploy).

Response Map: Same context as channel map, only its used to store the response from a destination to for a response for the source system.

    Hope this helps!
