  • Define parameters for a SOAP listener

Is it possible to define arguments for a SOAP listener?

Right now the SOAP Listener always defined a method called acceptMessage which takes a string as an argument. Is it possible to define a SOAP listener that takes different arguments?

For example, searchForOpening(date startdate, date enddate, int doctor_id) would be more useful as a SOAP method than having to use the SOAP method then arbitrarily define the message format.

Reefine parameters for a SOAP listener

This is not difficult by code, but the problem is to design an interface for customizing this fields.

By the way, HL7 & WS are a nightmare, as each one choose its own way. The less problematic way IMHO is by passign the XML of the message into a string parameter, what is 100%-compatible with the actual implementation.
