  • How to add and view log information?

    I added the following script in a channel under the deploy script:

    // This script executes once when the mule engine is started
    // You only have access to the globalMap here to persist data
    return;'Test has been added to the records.');
    I want to test if the line I entered will be appended in the C:/Mirth/logs/mirth.log but unfortunately, it didn't work.

    I tried also looking on the other log files but I could'nt see the "Test message" I added on the script.

    Which log file can I view the log messages I included in the script using the; function? Where can I find it? Can I create a log file per channel I created?

    Thanks in advance...

    You have to put the logger-statement before the return-statement.
    The log messages will appear in MIRTH-INSTALL-DIR/logs/mirth.log.
