    I am having a problem accessing a database. I set everything right. I even created the pathfile and set it:

    Microsoft Windows XP [Version 5.1.2600]
    (C) Copyright 1985-2001 Microsoft Corp.

    C:\Documents and Settings\user>classpath
    'classpath' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
    operable program or batch file.

    C:\Documents and Settings\user>set classpath
    CLASSPATH=C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Driver for JDBC\lib\msbase.
    jar;C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Driver for JDBC\lib\mssqlserver.j
    ar;C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Driver for JDBC\lib\msutil.jar

    C:\Documents and Settings\user>
    but it still gives me the error

    any help please. I set the classpath on both the server and the computer i am using.
