  • Get an error when I try to load Mirth - Events

    Hi All,

I have been facing this problem repeatedly. I am not sure if this has something to do with Java Heap size.

I have tried all possibilites related to Java heap size
    - increased the heap size in wrapper.conf (max = 256 MB)
    - Restarted the machine.

Please find attached a screen shot (zip file) of the Error that I get everytime I try to navigate to Events page.

Could any one help me out with this. What is the reason for this error ?
    Thanks!
    Ali

Re:Get an error when I try to load Mirth - Events

I got the Events page working. there were 1700 Events in EVENT table. I deleted 1000 events (older ones). However, this is not a solution its a work around. Anybody facing this issue. Also, can I prune Event logs, is there any setting ?

      What db are you using?

If you're using Derby -the default one-, you should change to another like postgress, MySQL, etc.. Derby is only recommended for testing or for a low traffic.

Mirth 1.7 doesn't have this issue. It allows paging of the event table, so it doesn't try to get all of the events at once.
