  • Can't save payload to queue

    I have a few messages that errored out with an error "Can't save payload to queue"
    Any ideas what causes this error and how to resolve?

    Re:Can't save payload to queue

    which version of Mirth are you running? I think this occurs when the persistent queue is enabled, and it's trying to serialize the socket object which does not exist. I believe this issue is fixed in 1.7, but there's a workaround in 1.6 for this.

    in the source transformer, store the socket object with an empty string into the channel map.

    channelMap.put("socket", "");

        Solution for "Can't save payload queue"

        I also faced this same issue in 2.2.0 and i fixed as well
        Channel -- > Summary -->Synchronize Channel(Check Box) If it is unchecked please make it as checked.

        It resolved my "Can't save Payload queue" issue.

        Thanks,
        Dev
