  • Empty Connector Type Menu

    I've installed version 1.4 on computers with Linux and with Windows XP. In both cases, after attempting to import a channel or creating a new channel, the "Connector Type" menu on the Source and Destination tabs remains blank. Thus I can't enter any Source or Destination information for the channel. I'm receiving no error messages, and there are no errors in the log files.

    Any suggestions?

    I had the same problem on Windows Server 2003, which was resolved by uninstalling version 1.3.2 completely prior to installing version 1.4.

      Make sure you are installing 1.4 in a fresh directory, not on top of 1.3.2. The connector drop-down is stored in the database.

        My problem wasn't on the computer running Mirth. It was on the computer I was running Mirth Administrator from. I still had the 1.3.2 version of Administrator.

        All is working well now.
