  • XSLT to HTML -Help!!

    I'm working on a mirth source channel that takes a table from the DB with the destination of a channel writer and in that destination tab, I have a transformer with my XSLT Template with ( <xslutput method="html" />).

    In the outbound channel is where all this information is going and will be e-mail out as a file. This works, but in the *.CSV file I am getting all the XSLT tags...<td>, <tr>, </td>, </tr>....How do I get ride of those tags so I can have the result of clear text?

    TIA
    Rubi

    If you want a plain text output, why not have the XSLT give you that directly?

    <xslutput method="text" omit-xml-declaration="yes" indent="no"/>

    If you need formatting, then the HTML you are getting should be a good output for another system to render the content. As it stands, you're getting HTML because that's what you told the XSLT to render :-)

      Thanks Brett,

      However when I try your example...I get:

      DETAILS: TypeError: The processing instruction target matching "[xX][mM][lL]" is not allowed.
