  • Code example needed - import hl7 pathology result

New to Mirth - environment linux, (no java skills, some postgres skills, some programming skills - but not an IT technical person).

I set up a channel to poll a directory for some hl7 downloads, and tried working on a transformer to write to a postgres database.

I was successful only to the degree of managing to write the patients names etc to the database, but couldn't figure out 'looping the loops' of the OBR's and OBX's, so I wondered if anyone had a full working example of how to do this.

I did download/copy/try the code examples available in this forum to no avail in my hands.

    Thanks in hopeful anticipation.

    Richard
