Mirth Connect 3.12.0 Released!

Mirth Connect 3.12.0 is now available as an appliance update and on our GitHub page. This release includes database performance improvements, improves visual HL7 representation, message pruning, keystore handling, PDF generation, community contributions, and fixes several security vulnerabilities. This release also contains many improvements to commercial extensions. See the release notes for the list of fixes and updates.

    I need to extract some data from a HL7 message and construct a XML structure, how to do that, any example and document are very welcome.

    Well, Mirth already does that. If you have to do it outside Mirth you better be prepared to write quite a bit of parsing code! :laugh:

        beginner's luck

        Having just downloaded yesterday and after several hours of beating my head against this very intro problem.

        From "Edit Channel"
        Click on Source tab
        Click [Edit Transformer] from tasks on left
        Click [Message Templates] tab on right
        Paste or browse for incoming template
        ! Change outbound template to XML - this actuates the transformation - my missing step

        From Channel [Destinations] tab
        template should be "${message.transformedData}"

        Sample channel attached
