Mirth Connect 3.12.0 Released!

Mirth Connect 3.12.0 is now available as an appliance update and on our GitHub page. This release includes database performance improvements, improves visual HL7 representation, message pruning, keystore handling, PDF generation, community contributions, and fixes several security vulnerabilities. This release also contains many improvements to commercial extensions. See the release notes for the list of fixes and updates.

    Where can I learn more about the script language used for transformation ?

    The script languaje is JavaScrit (or ECMAScript), the one used for html develope.

    So googling "Javascript tutorial" could be a good start. Most of these guides will use HTML elements (such the window element) that you will not find in Mirth , but you can get a good start point about it syntax and prototipes.

    In mirth, you can extend JavaScript using Java functions.

      Are there some simple examples like: modify a hl7 input file (overwrite one entry, cut a entry,..)

        This simple task chould be achieved better using the mapper (to extract information) or message builder (to overwrite or add a field in a message).

        Try the webminar. It's a good start point.
