  • Add two new elements to the end of each OBX segment

    Hello All:
    I have been working on this problem now for two days and have hit a wall

    It seems like a simple problem to add two new elements to the end of each exciting OBX segment.

    From this

    OBX|8|NM|NIBP Mean^NIBP Mean||99|mmHg||||||||20210804114612

    to this

    OBX|8|NM|NIBP Mean^NIBP Mean||99|mmHg||||||||20210804114612|SPACELABS|P042 43

    so I am adding this

    msg['OBX']['OBX.15']['OBX.15.1'] = "SPACELABS";
    msg['OBX']['OBX.16']['OBX.16.1'] = "P04243";

    to the end of a segment

    I have tried this and variations of this with to avail

    for each (seg in msg.children())
    if ( == "OBX")
    msg['OBX']['OBX.15']['OBX.15.1'] = "SPACELABS" ;
    msg['OBX']['OBX.16']['OBX.16.1'] = "P04243";

    any help would be appreciated

    Mirth version 3.11.0

    Thanks Garry
